Clearwater Native Plant Nursery grows over 100 species of native wildflowers, grasses and shrubs.

Who We Are

Clearwater Native Plant Nursery is a contract grow nursery located in Redmond, Oregon. We grow a wide variety of high-quality native forbs (wildflowers), shrubs and grasses for restoration and landscaping projects.


Our nursery supplies container grown plant material to agencies and organizations east of the Cascade Mountains involved with forest, sagebrush steppe, wetland and river restoration. We also provide native plants for residential and commercial landscapers in Bend, Sisters, Redmond and Prineville who strive to install landscapes that conserve water resources (xeriscape) and exhibit the natural beauty of Central Oregon’s native flora.

Our nursery is centrally located in Redmond to serve restoration and landscaping projects throughout Central Oregon, including Bend, Sisters, Prineville, and communities east of the Cascade Mountains.

We require that projects be a minimum of $1,000 for wholesale plant materials.

  • Landscaping Plants

    Landscaping plants at our nursery are grown primarily in 4-inch, 1-gallon and 2-gallon containers.  Custom orders may be secured via contract.  Plants for landscaping are mature with well-developed root systems.  Many of our plants are drought tolerant and well-adapted to the high desert climate of central Oregon.  Once established, native plants require less water and maintenance than ornamental plants used in landscaping.
